Why we built PerforMesh
Most businesses do not actually have a customers problem. They have a tool problem.
A lead form here. A spreadsheet there. A CRM that only half the team updates. An ad account nobody watches closely enough between meetings. Each piece works fine on its own. Put together, they lose the thread on exactly the leads that matter most.
The moment it breaks
Picture a normal week. A campaign brings in forty leads. Someone exports them into a spreadsheet. A handful get called back within the hour, because those happened to land while a rep was free. The rest wait. By the time anyone follows up, the person has already talked to two other options, or simply moved on.
Nobody did anything wrong. The system just was not built to carry a lead all the way through. It was built to capture a click and stop there.
What we set out to fix
We wanted one system that stays with a lead from the first click through qualification, follow up, a sales conversation and, eventually, revenue. Not a dashboard that reports what already happened. Something that acts on it.
That is what PerforMesh is for. Today it researches the market, drafts a Google and Meta campaign plan with copy and images, and scores every lead with reasons, a next step and a sales brief. With your approval it also creates and manages the campaigns. Automated follow-ups are next. It is in private beta.
A few numbers that shaped the design:
- Most businesses juggle somewhere between eight and twelve separate tools and workflows just to run acquisition and follow up.
- A lead scored eighty nine out of a hundred should come with a reason attached, not just a number. Sales teams trust reasons, not scores.
- Going from a website address to a plan you can review should take minutes, not weeks.
Learning from revenue, not clicks
The deeper problem with most acquisition reporting is that it stops at the lead. A campaign that produced three hundred leads at a low cost each can look great on a spreadsheet and still be the worst source of paying customers. We are building PerforMesh to keep following outcomes past the lead, through qualified, opportunity, customer and revenue, then feed that back into the next round of decisions and to the ad platforms themselves.
Meta and Google now run the bidding. PerforMesh runs the business end: which platform gets your next budget, which leads were real, and what to say next.
That loop, more than any single feature, is why we are building it this way, and it is the part we are working on now.
Curious what this looks like for your business.
